Yeah, my engine was stumbling and hesitating just going down a straight level road...So I rigged up the multimeter and put it where my phone usually goes. I left it on the bike for three rides totaling about 400 miles. All my voltage seemed good both when I was energizing the extra circuits I wired in for my extra lights and phone chargers as well as when I unplugged all of that stuff.
I've still got a problem with the bike but I don't think it's directly an electrical problem although some particular component that uses electricity might be failing. Coils? Fuel pump?
