My cousin used to be a member of a hunting club in between Springville and North Collins , about 30 miles south of Buffalo/Cheektowaga where we lived.
I never hunted that property with him but during the summer we would do some recreational shooting there.
My cousin convinced the farmer who owned this land to use his tractor with the front loader attachment to make a small rifle / slug gun range with a berm of earth 100 yards back from the camper .
(strangely, in Western New York you can use a high velocity high-powered rifle to hunt woodchuck / groundhogs but not deer.)
