Bear Lights Out Draw Weight Adjustment

I need to lighten the draw weight as I get back into shooting.
I have no idea how to measure or know the limits of adjustment.
I know which bolts to back off, but I’d like some advice on how much you can back off a still be safe. Any idea what one complete turn sets the weight at?

I would take to archery shop and let them set up.they have more knowledge than most internet warriors.ck the string etc.

I ended up buying a draw weight scale. I’ll definitely get with a Bow Tech after the season. Still looking for less draw weight for preseason practice.
