The youtube sponsorships bug the crap out of me. I understand that a lot of these creators take on the sponsorships because there is no other way to make ends meet with the 2A social media scene these days, but it's the low effort, script read ads that kill me every time, and even the big influencers are guilty of it. 9 times out of 10 whatever junk they are forced to peddle has nothing to do with the focus of the creator. No, I am not going to download your mobile phone game or check out your betting site. I don't want your generic bluetooth earbuds or hoodie. Whenever I hear that ad start up, I immediately skip forward 3 minutes into the video. Props at least to the creators that know they're shilling out and at least try to make an entertaining skit out of the ads.
