Your list looks good, and is pretty much what I would do.
That speed bar is an absurdly simple upgrade that works exponentially better than it’s simplicity and cheap price would lead one to believe. I found a little piece of grip tape / ladder tape / skateboard tape makes it even better.

Such a stupidly simple upgrade. Just a bent piece of metal, pinched in place between the front of the receiver and the rear of the forearm. They don’t call for any mods, but I filed a matching groove in my forearm to ensure that it stays in place. I had already purchased an Arredondo extended...

I use the Esstac cards on all my shotguns. Funny thing is, I was making them at least a decade before Esstac or anyone else did. I started making them for shotguns like the Ithaca 37 that were difficult to get accessories for. I tried to get a few companies interested in mass producing them, but no one was. Oh well……
Always wanted one and this isn't helping!! 
Scalar RMR mount is OOS everywhere…. So is the collapsible stock. So I’ve done what I can at the moment.
