The same rules apply for buying and selling of firearms. If I decide to sell it tomorrow I'm good. Now if I started to buy a lot at a time and turned them for a profit then yes that would be illegal.

There's no need to get upset. Just pointing out that your information about signing a piece of paper wasn't true. You are correct that if I was to resale at a profit then it would be wrong, but it says nothing about 1 year.

Now as far as my "Army Values", you don't know anything about me or anybody else on the site, so keep that stuff to yourself. Besides the only people I've ever heard bring up the Warrior Ethos in an argument are POG's.
