About ready to pull the trigger on a 92fs compact but wanted to get some feedback from the fine folks on ODT that own or carry one. Your input is much appreciated. GO!!

Edited: My comments were for the recent railed Beretta 92 Compact so they will not apply to older models.

I loved mine, DA was real smooth with the D spring. But I traded it in on a Sig M11-A1 because I need night sights on my pistols (especially carry guns) due to working the night shift.
Putting nights sights or any other sites are not practical. It is a tad heavy to some people: 37.8 ounces (with 14 147gr Speer Gold Dots). With G10s the grip is very nice.
If you decide to grab one PM me, I have a Beretta made IWB holster and a OWB from Ross Leather that I had the body shield enlarged on.

Thank you all for all of the awesome feedback. I agree she is a mini tank to carry but with the right belt/rig it shouldn't be an issue. I don't plan on changing EDC from my Sig 229 anytime soon. The 92 compact would be more of a toy for now. :-)

Put your hands on an 84/85 series first. Aside from the 380 vs 9mm crap, the 84 fit my hand better than the 92 compact. I have a few full size 92's and desperately wanted a compact until I picked it up.

The Compact L is the 92 that I like most, to carry and to shoot. Only downside is that they did not make it as a G model. Otherwise it would be perfect.
