Ask around to see who will submit an eform 4, bypassing SS. Most dealers won't, but some will.

We do it ourselves @ Moss Pawn & Guns, no need for the SS kiosk. Almost all of our Form 4s for individuals have been coming back super fast.

Canton PD will fingerprint you for free if you're over 60, and a nominal fee if you're a 'kid'.

Of course, they'll fingerprint you for free for other reasons too, although you probably don't want to go that route.

Yep. Had my prints done and have the EFT for future use. Photo you can do yourself… just like a passport.

This can be done at UPS, or at least I think that's where I did my personal ones, but shops like ours do our own fingerprints for Form 4 submissions for quality control and simplicity's sake.
