That is a good deal. That rail is REALLY thin though and may not suit some folks. It's way smaller in the hand than the DDM7 rail.
They had a complete CL M4 carbine upper with BCG and CH for $399 and complete lower for $199 yesterday. A $600 complete rifle was pretty good too! It is clear that they are getting parts in by the boatloads now and PSA continues to offer the best AR deals (price v quality) in the industry IMO.
