I would spend the extra and get the PAP..... I love mine....
Also have the VZ58... was less expensive, shoots great, lighter.... But I prefer the PAP.....

At a minimum the wood and finish should be nicer on the npap.
Dang, looking like about an even split between the WASR and NPAP. Poll added to see where the numbers line up. $50 here or there isn't a big deal, but I do want something reliable.
Npap would resell better as well. The WASR is well known as the cheapest AK there is.
GET AN OPAP IF YOU CAN. MINES AWESOME, 3000+ ROUNDS WITH NO CLEANING AND SHES STILL TICKING. I should probably clean her....lol
