Interesting that some favorites are those I do not consider fit to eat. Everybody's tastes ain't just alike!

They've been open about 6 weeks. They're in the strip plaza in front of Lowes. Best collard greens I've EVER had.

No offense but collards aint BBQ. Blue Sky is average at best, I had the brisket, it was ok, moist and tender but very little smoke flavor at all. Their original sauce is pretty good, other than that, I am not impressed.

I eat there at least once a week. They got good Brunswick stew and hot wings too.

We picked apples up in Blue Ridge today, and stopped in at Joe's BBQ for the first time. http://www.joesbbqblueridge.com/

Pork was great, Mom's sauce was perfect, and potato salad was amazing. Truly amazing. Good folks in there too.
