I can't say which is the best overall, but from all the ones I've owned and shot it would be the Hk VP9.

I have a S&W . 22 target revolver that has an amazing trigger, both single and double.

I tried one of the new Ruger LC9 striker fired pistols, and it was really good.

I had a HK VP9 & a PPQ M1. I sold the VP9 and bought a second PPQ.

This ^^^ ! Looking to add a third in a 5 inch version.

Walther PPX. For a sub $400 gun new, it's one of the best triggers on a stock gun out of the box.
