Wally World mounts for $5 a tire and $5 more per tire to balance. You just have to stand there and watch them bc some are not the brightest of their employees.

Go to Salgado tire if you're looking to buy used! They hooked me up with two 185/60-15s for $50 and they had like 80% tread. Can you believe that?!
