Best Single Line from Great Songs

Even in this Godless age it's amazing what faith based music will do. I am NOT a fan for new Christian music by any means. But the old hymns do hold up.

And I saw on the Sunday morning show about how the "Oh Brother..." soundtrack sold over ten million copies. That's pretty damn good for old timey music.

I agree, the old hymns do hold up, but there is some newer stuff out there that is pretty good. I'm mostly a metal head, but listen to what sounds good to me. It's not really new, but it is newer Christian metal: Stryper's "To Hell With The Devil" kicks butt!

" must have been through about a million girls. I love 'em thebn I leave 'em alone..." This singer was from south GA and made it all the way to Jefferson Starship.

Cairo, Ga. He was not the writer, although interesting, thanks for sharing.
Yeah, it was Mickey Thomas. He made it from Cairo to San Francisco to sing with Jefferson Starship. They did some terrible unforgiveable **** in the 80s as Starship. But they also did Find Your Way Back, Stranger and Jane. All kicked ass. Oh and Miracles is one of my all time favorites.
