Would love to do an M&G at the new one in Bethlehem, but it is pretty small....Waffle House sized building.....looks like primarily designed for drive-thru business. I bet there is only seating for 30-40 people inside.

Me too but not from varsity. They stink. The place I n Marietta that use to be called Betty's now called Brandi's. Best hot digs in GA. Hands down.

I went to The Varsity in midtown about a month ago.

They don't take cash anymore; they've gone to plastic cards & app payments only.

The staff no longer yells "what'll you have, what'll ya have?"

And they do not offer curbside service; everybody has to park and come in.

I think they're going to close, or at least when they redevelop the property the new "Varsity" restaurant at that location will be a tiny little thing that is nothing like what it is now.View attachment 4678362

Hate to hear that. I had no idea it was being redeveloped. I remember the first time I parked at the curb & someone pulled in behind me for a to go order (& I had no idea… just thought they were blocking me in to car jack or rob because no other spot has someone behind them). Told family to hit the deck. Car hop stars laughing his butt off. Had to be 25+ years ago…

Yeah they do have little kick to them but they are so good. I could honestly eat six of those things. The most I've ever eaten at one time was three but I could have done more easily.
