Road Kings are touring bikes with bags, I've never seen a Road King with exposed rear shocks. Sporty's & Dyna's yes, but not Road Kings. I'd be interested in seeing a pic of a Road King with exposed rear shocks.
I don't live in that area but I ride an '04 Yamaha Roadstar and my youngest son rides an H-D Softail Blackline.
My Harley Touring has exposed shocks.....just gotta take off the bags to see 'em.
