We tend to stay away from the table games.....maybe a few slots but mainly we hit the poker rooms, play a few tourneys.
That is a great plan for the anniversary. Gambling was my favorite type of fun and relaxation. For a pity, my wife doesn't like either poker or roulette, so I can't spend time with her and play at the same time. That is why I have to play at home in my free time. Take US-90 instead of I-10 between Biloxi and Pascagoula at least one way if you're driving in daylight hours. It's different view and you'll see a few cool Navy ships.They have a minor league baseball stadium but it doesn't start until April. You could visit the Jefferson Davis house. Lot of good food. I would bring back a cooler of seafood to cook at home. Check out TripAdvisor.
