Black boxes sliding in on sale items

I cant see the add items when I pull the item up because this annoying black box keeps sliding in from the right side of the frame. If I hit the arrow to remove the box it just keeps on sliding right back in. The crazy thing is there are no adds in the box. Could you please help me on this issue.
