guys, you cant be serious about the "felony" thing. if that was the case, EVERY time you changed the buttstock on an ak, you would be a "felon". thats just nonsense. anyways, i dont see the hype for this particular gun anyways, given the facts posted in the OP and what it is.

I think everyone including myself is VERY serious about the "felony thing". Posting pictures of a rifle where the owner has taken off the buttstock and converted it to a SBR (short barreled rifle), without the stamp from the ATF is a big no no. I don't think you, the OP, or anyone on here wants to their a$$ in a sling over a picture.

That is ridiculously stupid, I'm not saying your wrong. Just saying it's stupid, If that was the case then they should change it to SBSR (short barrel or stock rifle)

I agree it is stupid, but I'm not gonna go and try to take on the ATF and federal firearm laws.
