It has nothing to do with the .gov. It’s science. There is no such thing as a black puma concolor. Could you have seen a dark mountain lion? Sure. Florida has them and they travel. Could you have seen a black panthera onca? Possibly. Long way from Central America though. Could you have seen a black puma concolor? No. They don’t freakin exist. Same as Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. No such thing.
