Looking to buy one this year to hunt with what are the pro and cons anyone have any experience with them

Good guns for what they are. The most accurate levergun made, but not as accurate as a comparable bolt action rifle. However, they're still more accurate than most folks can shoot, and plenty accurate to hunt with. I wouldn't hesitate to use one.
