This is the first Bobcat I have seen on my land. He looks like a pretty big one.

Years ago me and some buddies had been is South Ga hunting hogs with a pack of what we considered "hard" hounds, they never hesitated to take on any size hog. After a long hard hunt, we were driving along a dirt road just at dawn when a large bobcat crossed the road in front of our truck. We thought it would be fun to tree a cat, so we turned a couple of the dogs loose out ot the trailer. They took on to the tract, ran about 50 yards into the brush and they came running back to the trailer. The owner of the two hounds said it was because they were "broke" to only runs hogs, but the rest of group thought they just wanted no part a big, bad kitty!
