Well, the Bersa let me down today. She has decided that she is no longer interested in extracting spent casings. Back to the mothership she goes.....
I assume you have already sent the Bersa back? I wonder how deep you cleaned it during the break in. I had the same issue and was about to return a new gun during my initial 200 rds. I had a buddy look at it and told me to buy a can of non chlorinated brake cleaner and dont stop spraying until the can is gone. From that day on its been 100% reliable. I found it was because I looked for the cheapest nastiest rounds I could find for the break in.
Yeah, I can usually get any gun to run and don't let things stay broke for long. The extractor on this gun actually rounded off over the course of 550 rounds. The edge of the "tooth" is completely rounded now.
Oh thats not cool at all.
