Broadheads problems

This year was the first year I've used the 3 blade rages. Sadly I was sort of disappointed in the performance of them when it came to am out of blood that was being left. While I know it all boils down to shot placement even a good lung and another good heart shot didn't leave a good blood trail. I was just curious if anyone has had the similar results out of them. Thinking about going back to the 2 blade or shwacker, any input on schwacker would be appreciated as well.

I have not tried Rage but the Shwackers did an awesome job on my last deer. Was able to easily follow blood trail like the yellow brick road. Pics of entry and exit.

that's what I expected to see with the 3 blade rage. That's about the same as the 2 blade rage was with blood trail.

pretty sure I'm gonna get the shwacker. I was sorely disappointed in the 3 blade, it was like someone had a squirt bottle and was just spraying a little blood out, with the 2 it's like a jug being poured out. I would have thought it might have been the complete opposite by the size of the entry and exit wounds.

I've been looking at Bi-Polars or the Muzzy Trocar Hybrids. Best of both worlds.

I really like the G5 T3's for expandables, though I dont like the clips they have on them to hold the blades, they fly straight and leave great blood trails. I havent shot many animals with a bow, but I've not had an issue with their performance.

My cousin, who's shot more deer with a bow than I could ever hope to, only uses Shwackers.

I bought some QAD Exodus fixed blade heads to try out, but so far havent had a chance to shoot anything with them.

Congrats man. I'm guessing the blood trail was pretty good with them? Did either one of the blades break or bend? I've heard of them doing that.
