Brother needs help in family court

Not sure if I am posting in the right area anyway my brother is having a bad time trying to get more visitation/joint custody or full custody of his son the mother is a dead beat mom that lives in Cedartown with her new boyfriend and leaves my nephew with her ex wife in Newnan again she is a nightmare, she only sees my nephew once or twice a month but gladly gets child support for nothing, now to my brother he has a stable job, a stable residence, clean life and wants to spend as much time as he can with my nephew, he took his ex to court the first time and his lawyer was a pus and sold him out didn't get him anything except higher child support his lawyer told him at on the day they were in court that Georgia never sides with the father and needs to settle it before going in front of the judge so the dead beat mother got what she wanted, now a couple of years later he went to court again spent the entire day and at the end the judge asked if anyone had not been seen my brother said yes I have been here all day and my case number was not called the judge looked it up and said oh I met with the mom and her lawyer last week and signed off on the changes my brother said what changes the judge gave him a copy of the changes, before he did get some weeks with his son now only every other weekend and he has to have his son back by 2pm Sundays so can't even spend the day with him, again my nephew does not live with his mother he lives with people he doesn't want to live with, it does state in the changes that if the mother has him at a baby sitter over 9hrs a day she must let my brother have the chance to take care of him those days but she will just lie and say she was with him, my brother really needs a good lawyer to review his situation and fight for him. My brother lives in Dallas, the mother lives in Cedartown and my nephew lives in Newnan with no biological non family.
If anyone has any advice or know a good family lawyer that will not sell him out for a easy win please let me know.

my son had a good lawyer, got custody of our grandson when he was about a year old. The ex-wife wanted the child support at 5 pm on Friday so she could go party for the weekend. Sounds like the same kind of crap.

But this was 24 years ago, and the lawyer has since retired. Good luck, sorry good dads have to go thru this crap.
