Title says you are now operational.
He edited it. :pound:

Look, OP... many people, myself included, have offered you very solid advice and pointed out the plethora of things that you are about to do incorrectly. And yet, at every - single - turn, you respond with "thanks guys but I totally know what I'm doing and I'm gonna be OK. I got an LLC."

You've been warned. Try and stay out of prison. :yo:

OMG...I need an aspirin...
S**t… I started on bourbon earlier than usual..

Here’s my thing.. you have no experience that you can share or anyone that you’ve mentioned, that can attest to your ability. All I have to go on is you telling me in an Internet forum how good you are. Nothing to back that up.
I, personally, wouldn’t build my own AR. Why should I let an unknown do it yourselfer build one for me? Hell, I won’t buy a self build from anyone on here cause again, I don’t know how good they really are. Someone like Shep at Tru Prep has a lot of experience and a lot of people that have had him do work for them that can attest to his ability, and there are others on here too with that experience . What do you really have?
I’d feel safer buying a PSA for less than 6-700 bucks than I would from someone with no experience. Just saying and not trying to be hardcore mean about it.
I personally think you have a long row to hoe.
Until someone like the gunsmiths on here that have offered you apprenticeship, give their blessings I don’t see money being made. Again, long way off I believe.

I will add..Good Luck and I wish you well in your endeavor.

I appreciate that and I will be taking the time to get my paperwork and such in order before actually doing any business. As for learning more and gunsmithing, I will be trying to work with local armorers when I have time.
if this is what you want to do for a living you will make time. In this game its important to get reputable training so you can get your foot in the door, I heavily endorse reaching out to Hood to take him up on that offer, if he was closer I would do so in a heartbeat. And don't call yourself a gunsmith if you can only swap parts, too many people do that. I myself am an armorer and let folks know that, got two awesome gunsmith's who are always teaching me stuff and they deserve their respect for it.
