I think it was a log they keep of conjugal visits with NFA items that are in jail. If you already owned the item you shouldnt have to do anything. Seems like an employee was confused.

GAFIRINGLINE is my go to range! I’m also a member. Guys are great up there! Never have had an issue. Got my suppressor up there in jail right now! I’d recommend going to them!
I've been to Powder Springs GGC countless times. I've never been asked for anything but a DL if I was shooting. They put a magnet on a round of ammo. That's all. They don't know what guns I'm shooting as they're in a case or range bag. I've never been asked for ID when buying mags, holsters or other accessories. I was scolded once for having a bottle of water in the range. This is just my experience. YMMV.
I like GA Firing line as well but I've only been asked for a stamp once and it was at GFL lol
