that reminds me, anyone see Krystals prices ? almost $6 for 4 Krystals (cheese is like .50c), fries and drink. I eat at home basically all the time, the only fast food Ill do is McD's bfast, Stevi B's pizza and Captain D's after church
Why y'all saying that checkers is expensive? You can get 2 DOUBLE checker burgers, 2 Fish sandwiches, or 2 Chicken sandwiches for 3.21.
Krystal is freaking over priced tho. The only real value on their menu is a da*m sackful when you spilt it with 4 people. They do have the 4 krystals for like 3$ now.. still not good but getting better.

I've got a Burger King less than a ½ mile from my house, it's consistently dirty and the help brings their kids and lets them sit around in the dining room while they work. The lettuce and tomato always tastes like it's a couple days past throwing out, and you pretty much burn a ten spot if you order anything but the dollar menu. Still I go sometimes, simply because it's right there and I love a Whopper when it's made right.
I wanted to try their sliders the other day, but 4 for $5.99? No way.

Man you need to go to the one here in Commerce my wife and I eat at Krystals every sunday morning, and a friend of mine and I eat there once a week for breakfast, you get Eggs, grits, or hash browns, sausage or bacon, biscut or toast, and a drink all for $2.29 two people eat for $4.90 you can,t beat that.
This is why Chick-Fil-A and Zaxby's are doing so well. People charging quality chicken prices for low grade beef. At some sit down places you can get a main, salad and a side for the some money or less than a dollar more than the burger joints. The crap donadls by my house rips you off, they don't fill the fries up, the drinks are packed full of ice and the sundae's are half full, slow service and a dirty place to eat. I told the manager when the Chick-Fil-A opens you will be begging for customers, just like the taco bell/KFC is now across the street is now. The Taco Bell/ KFC was to only fast food place on our exit, it was rare that we ate there. They were only some what busy because there was no where else to eat. When the crap donalds was being built, I went by there for lunch just to see if they had changed, sure enough the place had been cleaned and employees were attentive. I spoked to the manager and asked her why all of a sudden the great changes in customer service? She said with the Mc Donalds opening up, they have to be better now. I told here you need to be BEST not better, because a Chick-Fil-A is comming soon as well....the look on here face was priceless. Competition is a GREAT thing.
I like mcDonalds because of the dollar menu............it does give me flashbacks from when I was a kid, my name is Ronald so kids always called me Ronald McDonald all the time.....the teaseing never stopped.........never.......never........OH NO THE VOICES ARE BACK.........
