I knew what the Nagant was. I was just talking in general. How many hundreds of different variants of Mausers are there? Hell, how many Variants of Nagants are there? If I see something I like, it would be nice to know what to look for when I whip out the old credit card and go shopping.

Be careful with nagants. Lots of bootleg sniper models out there.
NICE! I'm expected my fourth K-31 in the mail at the beginning of next week. I'm also getting ready to order the other earlier variants like the M1911 and M191/23

True story! It's best to look around for one that has at least the mount machined for the rifle. There are a lot of horror stories about shimming problems and not being able to zero them.
