I had one break similar to that about 5 years ago (my cabinets installed about 1983). I took a small scrap of wood about 4 1/2 inches long and 3 inches tall and cut a slot just a little bigger than the slide arm. It has a little play in it but has worked good so far. Or option 2 take one off a drawer you don't use and swap out with the wood piece on that drawer

Can you take that stuff off and put new drawer slides on it?

I made a couple of those parts…If they don’t hold up I will be looking at retro fitting with slides
