Cali Hookers Sue to Make their Job Legal

Making this a CONSTITUTIONAL issue? That's creative litigation. I thought the States had the right to make laws within their borders or something. What if they decided to legalize and tax prostitution like Nevada does? That would be a real money maker for the state. I wonder if they will issue Hooker Cards to John's and Jane's like they do Medical Marijuana cards.

I would support legalization. It would clean it up and get the criminal element out of it. It works in Nevada, why not cali?

Yeah I don't see why not really.....if Nevada has a Chicken Ranch, since it's Cali, they can have a chain of "Dude" Ranches....doooood.....
