Some of you guys are missing the whole story. California law isn't limited to the state for it's red flag laws. A woman in California, who is diagnosed as schizophrenic, accused a Texas man of being dangerous. The Authorities showed up, took his guns and gave him a subpoena to be in CA court in a matter of days to answer.
