See...this is where things get screwy....yes, you have the right to do that. It does not, however, mean that in doing it that you are free from whatever consequences may ensue. It is a freedom of speech, not a freedom from repercussions from said speech.
Yep. but my point is that I can tell you to leave my private property for any reason I want. even if your well within your rights your still trespassing. I will not go to callawy gardens because of there silly policy's but I'm not going to stand on a soap box and accuse them of denying me any constitutional rights.

I 100% see your point and agree to a certain extent. Your home and land are your own private property. I dont see a public attraction that openly invites people to their property as falling under the same rules as your land with your domicile.

Best thing about america is we can agree to disagree.

What about the 9th amendment??? Your statement is in major contradiction with it.
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

So by using your private property rights to limit any individual's rights, you are in direct violation of the 9th amendment. However, this wouldnt be the first (or last) time people pick and choose what they want to follow from the constitution....

This is not what the 9th amendment is about. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights is about the powers of the government and the limitation of those powers. It is not about private property rights and doesn't apply to individuals as you allege.

While you may not agree with them, it's their property and they are free to limit your 'rights' while a guest there.

Civilian open carry in public places makes no sense to me. You just alarm people, and you get shot at first in an event.

It is a private attraction and the owners of this private property can chose who they want for customers.The bill of rights restricts what the Federal Govt can and cannot do. It does not restrict private entities.
