For anyone who crafts with leather and uses a manual clicker press...would your press have enough force to cut clean through plastic?
I am looking to use a steel rule die and manual press to cut custom key fobs out of plastic material. The plastic is gift card/credit card thickness. Is this feasible with these machines or do I need hydraulic assisted speed/force?
Would there be deformation of the plastic material?
I would be for ever grateful for those of you who do have a press and die to test it out on an old gift card and report with your results.
thanks.
