I've seen a video of a man shooting a bolt-action (as I recall) rifle at an indoor range, with the range manager standing behind the shooter; the manager shows his disappointment over each of the shooter's first two shots -- then he's amazed at the third shot. I'd like to locate that video so I can share it with a police officer with whom I was talking this morning. Can you help me locate that video?
