Can you identify this Harley part??????

I have obtained several Harley Davidson Softail parts. Most had a part # stamped on them or I knew what they are. This one I cant identify. Anyone have any idea???

I have no frackin clue. Take it to the service dept at the dealer. That's the only thing I can think of.
