Years ago, I bought a Sako TRG41. A buddy of mine bought one at the same time. When they arrived, we went to the range with his rifle, loaded a few rounds in the magazine, (338 Lapua), and had a go. He fired two rounds and said "you try it." I fired one round, and said, "Damn, this thing kicks." He never fired his again and sold it, I kept mine in it's box.
At a gun show a while back, I was set up across the Isle from Nate of Fort Daniel. We struck up a conversation, one thing led to another, and he's building me a Rook. I traded it for The rook and some other custom work on a gun for my Sound Technology Dark Star suppressor. He called the other day to say it was almost finished.
I'll post pics of both of the guns when I get them.
Nate thinks the Dark Star is ugly as a man's a**, but it sure is quiet.
