Canton, GA Gun Show

Man, I want a REALLY solid gun show business. I’ve been to one or two of Eastman’s and wasn’t impressed at all. It was a waste of money for me.

I get people can “price it however,” but there’s a point where it’s simply not worth going to because of how inflated prices are. I know there’s one or two on my list that are near impossible to find for reasonable prices, but the gun show, sadly, is not the place for me.
Historically I've seen prices all over. You have search for the deals. I started when it was $1 to get in

When I do attend a gun show it isn't with the intention of making a purchase. I am looking for parts, information, thinking about a purchasing a new gun, a compact for example, and I want to handle different models before making a purchase. If I do find a deal that's a bonus. I stopped looking for optics and accessories due to 99% of the items being marked up Amazon and Temu Chinese junk.

Nothing really stood out except the one yahoo inside with several S&W revolvers all zip tied up with no price tags. I asked about one that was in decent shape. He tells me it was $3500 dollars (yes - thirty.five.hunnerd.dollars).
Serious question, IS there an S&W actually worth $3,500? I can’t think of a single one that would be even close to that.

This is actually super insightful. I appreciate you sharing this as perhaps I may begin viewing them differently in light of this. Not gonna lie though, having to pay the entry fee and walk out with nothing is sort of a downer.

If you have not attended the ODT gun show I suggest that you do. Lots of solid deals to be found you will not be disappointed. As far as the RK type shows I have attended 2 in the past 6 years, maybe 4 or 5 in the past 10.

Only ODT “show” I went to was a Swap Meet Shep did at TruPrep. Walked out with a Glock, 50-round Glock drum, and an AR drum mag. It was really cool, but I heard the best stuff/deals were hours earlier when they opened and everyone was there still 😂
