Bank mailed car title to old address. Was never forwarded to my new address. How do I acquire the/a title for the car now?

Just go to your local tag / title office with proof of old and new address, should be simple.

Not really, you get off CampCreek parkway @ 285 and go toward Welcome All Rd. you'll see the sign for Tag office, East Point city limits but not in old East Point the city.
