i wouldnt worry to much about it. there is really not much you could do
with the title nefariously this day and age. call your tag office and ask
what exactly you need to do

Bank mailed car title to old address. Was never forwarded to my new address. How do I acquire the/a title for the car now?

My daughter suffered the same thing. Hers got returned to the DMV and she had to go to the tag office to show her address and then wait for them to resend it to her new address. Hope this helps
