Carnivore Diet

I’ve been doing carnivore since June and I’m down 30lbs. Back under 200lbs for the first time in 7 years
I weigh in on the 28th of September, my doctor wants me to keep it under 5 pounds a month now, my wife asked him why, everything you doctors say is a lie, she will not be going back with me to the VA!

I went a month ago. Dr. says everything is looking great. BP, Sodium, Cholesterol - all that stuff is fine. Testosterone is way up!

I started in April and down 53lbs. But I've had some cheat days/weekends along the way.

My original goal was to get to 299... But I think I want to go to 275 now.

I won't ever leave the way of eating, so wherever I end up, I end up. I feel too good to stop.

That and my fat ass as well! Body fat sucks up testosterone like a fat kid eating ice cream.
Very true. I know all the weight I've lost has been fat. I went from 354 to 301. My pant size was a 46 when I started, now I'm down to a 38 and a 36 in some brands. 4xl to 2xl shirts.

I am happy as a lark. I have not done one single oz of exercise during this time frame other than the 5000-12000 steps a day I get a work.

I have been on it about 3 weeks now. Have not noticed significant weight loss, but my gut has decreased (or maybe shifted to my butt!) I stopped taking statins after discovering all the side effects, but I did do a blood panel last week as prescribed by my doc and awaiting results. Diet is two hot dog sized sausage links ( cracked pepper) most weekdays, Tue. & Thurs. get 2 hard boiled eggs with sausage. Weekends is usually a ham omelette. Dinner has been salmon, tuna steaks, kabob, steak, pork chops or country ribs, dark meat chicken. Snacks are homemade venison or beef jerky. My downfall are Special Dark Hershey kisses, but I did read dark chocolate releases Flavonoids (huh?) which help in the healing process. Only broke diet once, it was a soft shell crab sandwich on "toast" from the Atlanta Seafood Market in Gainesville and well worth it!😃
