Carnivore Diet

Anybody doing the Carnivore diet... Been doing the 20 hr fasting-4 hr eating since 2018ish.... I've lost 108 pounds went from 54 pants,4x shirts to 42, 2x shirts... I do an hour on treadmill and 30min of body weight training a day.... Been on youtube watching the testimonials on benefits of going carnivore... Just wondering if anyone does it here?
My sister does it and it's been working. 3 or 4 months in now.

Is there a version where I don't give up ice-cream?

If, I need a Sweet icy, I use these 2 types of icys.

I usually keep a tub of cool whip in the freezer and that tides me over without all the artificial flavorings and BS thats in those "sugar free" things.
I am not on the carnivore diet; so this may or may not work?? Mix sugar free pudding (w/ all its artificial flavorings and BS) w/ the cool whip for a low sugar/carb "ice cream".

Just stepped on the scales.. 231 lbs. only tweak I’ve done is eat when I feel hungry.. was trying to eat only one meal a day but that was seeming not to work.. so I eat when I feel like I am hungry.. usually don’t eat before 12.. when I can I walk 5 walks which is usually in Saturdays , sun, mon.. my days off work.. its seems to be doing the trick.. and also my diet is carnivore for 98 per cent

Im down to about 165 lbs at 5’10”. Feeling better every day. But something most unexpected has happened. It appears my body is now able to fight off poison ivy all by itself. For my entire life, Ive always had to get a medrol dose pack to dry it up. Otherwise it spread rampantly. Ive been exposed to poison ivy the last three weekends in a row while felling/bucking trees. Pulled and cut through multiple vines. I knew I was going to get it but theres not a lot you can do about it. While I did break out, it was a small amount and the itching is extremely mild. Within 4-5 days its dried up. I havent changed anything else other than my diet and Im on no medications. Moral of the story….sugar makes your body weak.

I have found that eating more results in more weight lost also. Weird isn't it....? I usually eat a nice sized lunch and then just some beef jerky and some cheese as an evening snack.

You're on the right track man, congrats! Is it helping your BP numbers?

I finally reached my first milestone last week, down to 298. 56lbs lost since April and I never wanna go back!

Sugar is the body's biggest enemy. Hell, even the artificial sweeteners slow things down for me a lot. I too have come off all my prescription meds, now Tylenol or alieve handle all my aches when I get them, which isnt very often now.

It's amazing what the body can do to heal it's self when you rid yourself of all the bull **** in our foods.

1/4lb patties from MCD's have become my friend lately.
