Carnivore Diet

Just stepped on the scales.. 231 lbs. only tweak I’ve done is eat when I feel hungry.. was trying to eat only one meal a day but that was seeming not to work.. so I eat when I feel like I am hungry.. usually don’t eat before 12.. when I can I walk 5 walks which is usually in Saturdays , sun, mon.. my days off work.. its seems to be doing the trick.. and also my diet is carnivore for 98 per cent

Also side note. I don't eat before noon either and it works for me. My friend that talked me into doing this with him eats a large meal about 9-10am and that gives him a whole day to digest and process what he ate. He's had tremendous success, basically cured himself from type 2 diabetes.

I don't necessarily think this diet is one size fits all. We are all different and have done different things to harm our bodys so naturally they need different things to heal itself.

I have found that eating more results in more weight lost also. Weird isn't it....? I usually eat a nice sized lunch and then just some beef jerky and some cheese as an evening snack.

You're on the right track man, congrats! Is it helping your BP numbers?

I finally reached my first milestone last week, down to 298. 56lbs lost since April and I never wanna go back!
Awesome man.. keep it up.. Bp is all over the place.. but seems to getting better.. I honestly think I need to eat more than I do.. going to try for a few days and see.. if I go all day without eating by the time I get home I eat like I’m about to starve to death.. too much food I guess?

Try drinking more water. I find drinking more water makes me less hungry. I think we confuse hunger with thirst sometimes.

some examples of meals that usually hold me over for 24 hours.

4 - 1/4 patties from MCDS and 6pc chicken nuggies(I know I know but sometimes I'm lazy)
Tripple baconator plain and toss the bun.
4 eggs, large order of bacon, and a country ham from waffle house.
Wings but try to get the least sweet sauce so there not much sugar

Also make sure you're using some sort of electrolytes. I like the Keto Chow brand drops. I drink a bottle of water every morning with 2 droppers full and one every evening. During the rest of the day i drink when thirsty or have some black coffee and mix in my iodine drops.

But again, this diet isn't one size fits all.. Eat twice a day if you need to, don't starve your self.

Just got my bloodwork back from a recent dr appt.. nurse said keep it up.. all my numbers are improving.. cholesterol is great, a1c is down a half a point.. she said I was doing great… anyone reading this and on the fence about trying this eating regimen out? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING IT A TRY
