Carnivore Diet

Pro tip. If you get burnt out trying to find stuff to eat while on the road during the work week - a grocery store rotisserie chicken is cheaper than eggs and bacon at waffle house or wings at most places.

I do it atleast 1 time a week. Publix has the best ones IMO

Here’s an alternative to look for at Publix that will save you some $$ for good cuts.

When they cut their fillets they always have the tips and they are priced @12.99lb while the fillet is $28 to $30lb.

I eat these all the time and when I see them, I’ll grab all 3 or 4 of them and vacuum seal them. They are close to the fillets but not usually on the same shelf.

We’re having some for dinner tonight.

Most Wendys will let you order a la carte. Two patties with cheese usually does it for me and the wife.

Oh yeah ! I practically LIVE on the $5 rotisserie chickens from Sam's!! Those, and the produce aisle at Aldis.
I've been eating a football-sized salad, nearly everyday, for years now, comprised of organic kale, spinach, spring mix, tomato, cucumber, etc, with homemade olive oil/vinegar dressing.
I've been on the KETO diet since March 10, and am down about 40 lbs, and its been almost bizarrely easy.
That said, I'm perpetually after......just 5 more pounds !! ( surely an unholy combination of obsession, vanity and neurosis).
Speaking of Sam's, their big box of sugar-free Chobani yogurt, is only 5 grams of carbs per cup, which makes for a terrific, KETO-friendly desert/snack.
I've also been into regularly fasting beyond 16 hours ( the autophagy threshold) , then frequently hopping on my bike for 90 minutes, just as I've hit the 16-hr mark, often ending up close to 20 hours ( and again, not even a little bit difficult or uncomfortable.).

Been on Keto for 5 years now. You have to make it a lifestyle, not just a diet or you'll gain it all back and then some. Once you're established, you can have a cheat day every now and then. I eat real pizza about once a month. Haven't had a beer in 6 months, but bourbon is a pretty fair substitute and 100% Keto compliant. Same for vodka and sodas. Lot's of options for Keto bread, but they're not cheap. Kroger carries a great selection.
