Yes it’s Tula, it’s dirty and steel case and this pricing compared to a year ago sucks but I do all my shooting outdoors and it’s the cheapest thing going rn. Will probably be running this stuff til small pistol primers come back down to earth. I’ve shot Tula out of everything and never had an issue.
