I voted CCI but have you considered Wolf? It's not listed as "subsonic" but it is 1050 FPS.

cci for subsonic ammo with a purpose, but if I'm plinking, Winchester 555/333 maybe has 1 dud per hundred and I can live with that, not always a dud sometimes its loaded light although my 15-22 is broken in and eats almost everything now.
