CCI Primers - easier to seat?

Finally got some CCI primers and they seem to be MUCH easier to seat than the Winchesters I have been using. Are the CCI's just easier, the Winchesters harder, or am I insane?

Must have run by GGS and picked some up!

The only Winchester primers I have used are Large Pistol, but I haven't really noticed a difference between them and the cci's.

I did indeed! I am using large pistol as well. Perhaps it is just me, or the last batch of brass just happened to not have any tight pockets!

Some primers do vary in diameter a little, and are easier, or harder to seat. You're fine.

Some of those Winchesters were a PITA!!! I guess the pockets on some of that brass needed reaming.

Your right. Cci do seat easier. Don't know why.
