It’s an effort to avoid the shadiest people, I think.

ETA - I’ve been contacted by a person who made me uneasy and cussed me because I had a ccw license requirement in the ad for a pistol. Just seemed like a shady character to begin with. I don’t think I would worry about seeing it in many cases, but I would put it in the ad anyway.
