Hello,

Just wanted to drop everyone a line and say hi. My name is as it appears, Joe Chambers, and I own and operate Chambers Custom Pistols here in Crete Nebraska. My shop specializes in custom 1911 style pistols as well as working on the many 1911 style pistols that are out there.

In a nut shell I was trained by my friend and mentor Bob Marvel and worked with him up until this past June when I decided to start my own shop. I am a member of the American Pistolsmiths' Guild and have built guns for a myriad of different uses. You will also see from time to time I will have special custom guns for sale that I will put up on the forum here as I get a chance. All these pistols are made by myself one at a time. They will have to be transferred to your FFL dealer of choice unless of course you have one built by me on your own frame.

Indeed...LOL! If they need it but don't want it I'll still try to help...as long as they recognize that they need it then it is usually fairly painless.
