Yeah looks like Charter is the winner. They smoke ATT in the speed dept so I'll just suck it up when it comes time to deal with their customer service or lack thereof.
MY Experience has been just the opposite.
I had Charter for YEARS... not a problem.
I had Comcast for 3 months and the installer stood us up 3 times, tried to rob me for $12K for "installation" when the cable was already run. then he DID rob us for 300 when he washed COMCAST off of the check he had to have to run the extra lines and put his own name in. I Get a bill for $150 for the extra lines...
Guess who...
This is not even considering the horrible grainy and freezing video, 8 and 9 outages a week...

Deregulate the market and watch everyone clean up their act.
I have Comcast since 2011 without any problem. If you are looking for combo bundle, it is better to get from a Comcast independent agent. And after every year or two you can again negotiate with them to give you better rate. For high speed internet (50 mbps) +TV (HD+HBO) I pay $89+tax.
Its a merger thing, Comcast ends up with most of ga, charter gets most of Alabama. Personally I don't like the belkins. I use a Cisco, never had any issues with it. Whatever you get should come with fairly easy instructions to follow and get it set up. Its not hard, as long as you just do a basu setup.
